Services: Custom Monoclonals International (CMI) offers individualized customer services, and therefore expects to tailor service projects to customer requirements. Hence, the following should be considered outlines of service, and the prices quoted as guidelines.

Services include, but are not restricted to:

i) Construction of new hybridomas against antigens (Ags) provided customers, including partial characterization of resulting MAbs, and provision of live, cloned, hybridomas.

ii) CMI will welcome pre-existing hybridomas supplied by customers for generation of purified MAbs. CMI will expand, re-clone if required, and provide Staphylococcus protein A (SpA) purified MAb IgG (at known mg/ml concentrations) from hybridoma culture supernatants. These SpA purified MAbs can be supplied either in their native state, or conjugated with biotin.
