Ig Isotype/subclass plus light chain: IgG1 kappa.

Specific reactivity: feline IL2 and recombinant human IL2.

Properties:

Western blot: using reducing gels this MAb gives band a major band at 14.5 kD against human recombinant IL2.

ELISA: Excellent capture or probe.

Neutralization: Neutralizes feline IL2 as assayed by inhibition of proliferation of CTLL cells.

Affinity Chromatography: Not known.

Immunofluoresence: Unknown.

Immunohistocytochemistry: Positive, but result needs confirmation.

FACS Analysis: Not known.

Preparation and supply: SpA purified from tissue culture supernatant and supplied in PBS pH 7.2 with 0.05% sodium azide as preservative. Biotin conjugated MAb also usually available.
