Specific reactivity: Specific for CDV*; does not react with CAV2; CCV; CPI, or CPV.

Properties:

Western blot: using ultracentrifuge precipitated CDV in reducing gels this MAb gives major bands at: 76; 68; 54, and 32 kD.

ELISA: Capture MAb with polyclonal probe, and good probe with polyclonal anti-CDV capture.

CDV neutralization: Not known.
