Ig Isotype/subclass plus light chain: IgG1 kappa. Specific reactivity and cross-reactivity: Positive against CCV and FIPV. Negative against Canine Coronavirus; Canine Distemper Virus; Canine Parvovirus; Canine Parinfluenza Virus.

Properties:

Western blot: gives weak specific bands at 56, 46 and 40 kD in reducing gels with CCV as antigen. Western blot against FIPV not known.

ELISA: Excellent ELISA probe with FIPV3-70 as capture.

Virus neutralization: not known.

Affinity Chromatography: not known.

Immunofluoresence: Positive against CCV and FIPV; not known against TGEV.

Immunohistocytochemistry: Not known.
