Antigen: Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) p15e transmembrane. Monoclonal Designation: K5B2 Ig Isotype/subclass plus light chain: IgG1 kappa. Specific reactivity: FeLV transmembrane, mapping towards the amino-terminal domain. Properties: Western blot: using ultracentrifuge precipitated FeLV in reducing gels this MAb gives bands at 20 kD and 15 kD. The former is the entire FeLV p15e, including the intracellular sequence, and the latter is the truncated p15e sheared from the cell membrane surface.
