Properties:

Western blot: using ultracentrifuge precipitated FeLV in reducing gels this MAb gives bands at 20 kD and 15 kD. The former is the entire FeLV p15e, including the intracellular sequence, and the latter is the truncated p15e sheared from the cell membrane surface.

ELISA: Excellent probe with goat anti-gp70 capture.
