ELISA: Excellent capture (with S1-9-biotin conjugated) as probe. FCV neutralization: Neutralizes FCV by 3 to 4 logs activity. Affinity Chromatography: Not known. Immunofluoresence: Good to moderate (Staining intensity variation according to individual FCV isolate used)* Immunohistocytochemistry: Not known. FACS Analysis: Not known. * Dr. M. Kennedy (Univ. Tennessee) tested 5 individual FCV field isolates by fixed cell IFA and found good to moderate specific positive staining in all cases.
