Properties:

Western blot: in reducing gels, and using ultracentrifuge precipitated FIV, this MAb gives bands at about 140 and 41(strong) kD.

ELISA: Binds to 34TF10 (Petaluma) ultracentrifuge pelleted virus. Cross-reactivity with other FIV isolates unknown, but as the tmp is relatively well conserved in FIV, this MAb is likely to cross-react with other isolates.

FIV neutralization: Not known.
